"When our son was diagnosed with ASD 3.5 years ago, Nufar was a ray of light who guided us throughout this critical and challenging period. Her guidance helped us save a huge amount of time, and allowed us to get high quality care for our son relatively quickly. Nufar helped us understand what our rights are as well as what we need to do in order to get care from the public schools system, and our private healthcare provider. Nufar also provided us during this period with empathy and comfort by sharing with us her own experience and showing great understanding. She was always available and happy to discuss and help, which I found to be very important especially during the first few months after receiving the diagnosis, as the process of receiving care required dealing with very bureaucratic systems.
